You Don’t Need a Perfect Home

One of the most common concerns parents have is whether their home is “photo ready.” The truth is that only a few areas of the house are usually needed — often near a window with good natural light.

Bedrooms, living rooms, or a nursery are usually perfect.

Before your session, I guide families on how to prepare spaces so everything feels relaxed and simple.

When to Schedule Your Newborn Session

Most families book their newborn photography session while still pregnant. Sessions typically take place within the first 7–21 days after birth, when babies are still tiny and sleepy but families have had a little time to settle in.
