Though I missed National Sibling Day (when did that become a thing, anyway?), I did recently met up with my sister to shoot a few portraits for her college yearbook.  She’s graduating from Emerson College in Boston next month, which is both exciting and a stark reminder of how gosh-darn-fast time flies.  I remember the day I graduated from college like it was yesterday.  Sometimes it feels like it was yesterday.  And then I’m reminded with the force of a freight train that she hadn’t even begun first grade at the time!  Gulp. How does that happen?

It’s a with much bittersweetness that I’ll watch my bright and beautiful baby sister get her diploma this Mother’s Day.  It’s time to start the next chapter.  I’m certain it will be full of twists, turns and adventure.  Just like it should be.  xoxo
